Rotate & Flip Image

Rotate & Flip Image straightens photos that came out of the camera sideways and mirrors images that need to face the other way. Phones record an orientation flag in EXIF that many apps ignore, which is why a perfectly normal photo suddenly appears rotated 90° in a document or upload form. Baking the correct orientation into the pixels fixes it permanently, everywhere.

You can rotate in exact 90° steps, dial in any custom angle between -180° and 180° for a subtle horizon correction, and flip on either axis. The canvas is resized automatically so nothing is clipped when you rotate at an angle, and empty corners are filled with the background color you choose.

Nothing you open here is uploaded. The entire operation runs inside your browser tab using the Canvas API and WebAssembly, which means there is no upload queue, no server-side file-size cap, no watermark and no account. You can even go offline after the page has loaded and the tool will keep working. When you close the tab, every trace of your file disappears from memory — which is exactly what you want when you are handling ID documents, contracts, private photos or unreleased product shots.

Because the work happens on your own hardware, processing is effectively instant for typical photos and still comfortable for 50-megapixel files on a modern laptop or phone.
